We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned. You will be 100% liable for the order and will not be given a refund.
All orders are custom made and once you have checked out cannot be refunded.

Once an order is placed there are no cancellations or changes accepted under any circumstances.

Due to material limitations, we cannot produce 100% identical design drawings.
We will send mock up to get customers approval before we start production on each design.

At Dvanzo Signs we have a no return policy.
We offer a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all neon signs. However, the warranty strictly covers faulty products, not general wear/tear from events or damage due to misuse or mishandling during installation.
With that being said please make sure your beautiful signs are plugged corrected meaning no cords should be stretched to reach a plug. Nor should you plug your sign on a socket with high usage.
We only replace items such as remote/dimmer if they arrive defective or damaged in shipping.

We ask that you inspect your sign upon arrival, if there is any issues you must contact us within 7 days. If an item arrives damaged of any sort you are to file a claim with the postal courier which is UPS. We are not responsible for any damages made by the transportation courier.
At Dvanzo Signs we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or neon signs/flower walls damaged during transport. Customer must contact courier.
Please wait at least 8-10 business days before you submit inquiries regarding your order.
If there is any problem with your dimmer cord , we will resend or send replacement dimmer within 90 days of order .
